PLC is established as an actual concern of Polteknaker to accommodate the need of understanding on language as well as the culture of manpower or the world of work. The program is designed to build greater understanding among Indonesian to learn foreign languages as it is being continued to have the attention from the foreigners to learn Indonesian language and cultures namely BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing).
